A successful construction subcontractor is looking to appoint a detail-driven CAD Technician to support technical drawing and design activity across a broad range of commercial and residential projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior-to-mid-level technician to step into a stable, design-oriented environment with clear progression.

What You ll Do:

• Produce accurate CAD drawings for construction and fabrication

• Interpret technical briefs, specs and layout requirements

• Collaborate closely with site teams, estimators, and project leads

• Make revisions based on design feedback and approvals

• Ensure all outputs meet quality and compliance standards

What You ll Need:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D essential, 3D advantageous)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to read technical drawings

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Prior experience in construction or building services desirable

• Self-motivated, methodical, and committed to deadlines
