Reach Truck

Alliance Personnel are seeking a skilled Reach Forklift Operator to join one of our client based in Bridgnorth, WV10.

Duties

• Operate REACH forklifts safely and efficiently to transport materials within the warehouse.
• Load and unload goods from lorries and containers, ensuring accurate placement.
• Conduct regular inspections of forklift equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance needs.
• Assist in shipping and receiving operations, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against invoices.
• Maintain an organised workspace and adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Utilise warehouse management systems for tracking inventory and materials handling.
• Perform basic maths calculations for inventory management and stock control.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Working in cold environment (-18 degrees)

Experience

• Proven experience as a Forklift Operator or in a similar role within a warehouse setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes, as well as materials handling techniques.
• Experience with warehouse management systems is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Working hours Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
