Reach Forklift Driver

Alliance Personnel are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join one of their clients based in Rowley Regis.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating forklifts to load and unload materials, ensuring efficient shipping and receiving processes within warehouse environment. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse management systems and the ability to perform lifting as needed.

Duties

• Operate forklifts to load and unload goods from lorries and storage areas.
• Perform shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring accurate documentation of materials handled.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
• Assist in materials handling, including the organisation and storage of products within the warehouse.
• Utilise basic maths skills for inventory management and stock control.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow in the warehouse.
• Engage in equipment repair as necessary, demonstrating mechanical knowledge when troubleshooting issues.

Hours of work Monday to Thursday 8am - 4:15pm , Friday 8am - 2:30pm
