Maintenance Team Leader
to join our team at the
Riverside Site in Dufftown
, where you'll be critical in ensuring our plant runs safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with operational standards.

Your Role
As Maintenance Team Leader, you ll be accountable for:

Leading and developing a high-performing maintenance team.

Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and legal standards.

Managing and executing both planned and reactive maintenance activities.

Driving performance against KPIs through data-led decision-making.
-
Supporting budget control, stock levels, and spare part strategies.

Playing a hands-on role in troubleshooting and maintenance when needed.

Taking a key role in contractor management, training delivery, and shutdown planning.
What We re Looking For
Essential:
-
HND or equivalent in an engineering discipline.
-
Minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing or processing environment.
-
Proven experience leading or coordinating maintenance teams.
-
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.
-
Permit to Work knowledge and commitment to high safety standards.
-
Excellent IT skills, including advanced Excel knowledge.

Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
Preferred:
-
Experience in anaerobic digestion or renewable energy.
-
IOSH certification or equivalent safety qualification.
-
Familiarity with PAS110, CMMS systems, and FMECA processes.

Auditing or budget management experience.
