Within the Care in the Home division, we support children and young people with complex health needs to live at home with their families.

We'd like you to join us as a Children's Support Worker with our young client in Eastbourne.

When you'll be working:

• Shifts we provide are: Mon-Fri evenings (4pm-8pm), Saturday and Sunday days (Sats 8am-3pm / Sun 9am-4pm)
• The above shifts would be split between you and our existing team member
• All of the above hours are term time and can change in school holiday time, so flexibility is required.

What you'll be doing:

This role is to support a 9 year old little girl with complex health needs in her family home. Our client has cerebral palsy, is non-mobile, non-verbal and PEG fed.

Full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support will be provided.
