The Role – Learning Support Assistant I am actively recruiting for a friendly and resilient Learning Support Assistant to work with students who have Special Educational Needs. The role will require you to build a rapport with the students by providing them with academic and emotional support, encouraging them to be more independent with their learning. Due to the students’ needs, the ideal Learning Support Assistant will need to have experience working with children or young people who have been diagnosed on the Autistic Spectrum or have Learning Difficulties. This role requires a full-time commitment. SEN School – Learning Support Assistant This SEN school is located in the London Borough of Ealing and caters to students between the ages of 4-22 years who have been diagnosed with various Special Educational Needs such as Autistic Spectrum Disorder. They currently have 96 students who attend the school and an Ofsted rating of ‘Outstanding’ from their last inspection in October 2021.
