Electrician

Electrician Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm London, SW6 £30,000 - £40,000 Per Annum subject to experience Large and prestigious modern residential development in Fulham needs a responsible and experienced Electrician to be responsible for carrying out all electrical/lighting repairs around the Estate as well as carrying out regular testing of the emergency lights and site inspections to identify any issues or areas of improvements. Key duties will include the installation of indoor and outdoor electrical contracts, doorbells, wiring, lighting systems, ensuring maintenance records are kept up to date, and helping to ensure the safety of all residents, guests and staff at the development. You must be aware of revisions to relevant building and safety regulations and be able to read and draw building plans. The Electrician must have NVQ Level 3 – Electrical Installation/maintenance qualification, 2-3 years residential, commercial or industrial electrical experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills and a good understanding of Health and Safety processes. First Aid Certificate desirable
