PPA Cover Teacher

Prospero Teaching are currently recruiting for a full time PPA cover Teacher for a Primary School based in Saltley, Birmingham. This is a full time role to start in September and will continue until the end of the academic year - if you are available for the summer term there is opportunity for cover to start ASAP! You must be confident teaching across the full Primary age range from Early Years to KS2. Previous experience in a similar role is required. CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS Location Saltley Position PPA Teacher Type of work Cover Teacher Contract or position start date Sept 2024 (or sooner) Duration / Likely Duration July 2025 Contract or position end date (if applicable) Ongoing Contract type (temp/perm/temp to perm) - Temporary Full time Minimum rate of pay Minimum rate GBP140 per day Hours 8:30 am 4pm : Monday to Friday (term time only) EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS QTS Teaching experience in the UK Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST: Hold Right to Work in the UK Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application Provide two professional child related references that cover at least the last two years OTHER If you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with a copy of your up to date CV.
