Senior Building Surveyor – London Tasks and responsibilities: * Nurturing strong client relationships. * Assisting the consultancy team in the day-to-day delivery of projects * Conducting building surveys and site inspections. * Creating Schedules of Condition, Technical Reports, defect surveys and PPM schedules * Developing Schedules of Work and Specifications for various maintenance, construction, and development projects. * Fund Monitoring * Working with external clients and consultant teams.
