Description As a Contact Centre advisor you will be speaking with clients, lenders and brokers alongside stakeholders assisting with a range of enquiries ensuring a high level of client care. You will be looking after your own caseload of clients chasing documentation and ensuring the case is resolved as quickly and promptly as possible.
