You'll have the chance to make a difference by visiting new build sites across the region, organising meetings with Sales Directors, and attending networking events to bolster relationships. A Day in the Life Visit new build sites daily to foster new relationships and identify business opportunities. Organize meetings with Sales Directors of various house builders. Prepare and attend sales pitches for Private and shared-ownership sites. Collaborate with the branch network to secure new sites. Liaise with clients in the new build industry to strengthen relationships. Attend networking events to expand your professional network. Skills and Experience Experience in the New Homes Industry is a must. Proven LinkedIn presence and access to industry network. Extensive Business Development experience is advantageous. Demonstrated track record of winning new business and building B2B relationships. Local knowledge of the East London area and New Homes market is essential.
