Supported Living Manager Solihull Adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Behaviours that challenge £45,000 - 50,000 Are you an experienced Supported Living Manager who thrives on leading from the front? We’re seeking a Supported Living Manager for a growing provider based in Solihull. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader who is committed to delivering the highest possible standard of person-centred care. The Role As the Supported Living Manager, you’ll oversee supported living services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, various mental health diagnoses, and behaviours that challenge. You’ll lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver safe, high-quality, and outcome-focused support. Key responsibilities include: * Managing day-to-day operations across supported living services, ensuring compliance with CQC standards. * Leading, mentoring, and developing support teams to maintain high performance and morale. * Overseeing person-centred planning, risk management, and care delivery to meet individual outcomes. * Working closely with commissioners, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure collaborative care. * Promoting a positive culture that champions independence, dignity, and empowerment for every person supported. * Monitoring performance, budgets, and quality standards to ensure service excellence. About You * Proven experience as a Registered or Service Manager within supported living or residential care for adults with learning disabilities or complex needs. * A strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality compliance. * Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care (or working towards it). * Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills. * A genuine passion for improving lives and promoting independence.
