Our client is a manufacturing company who specialise in Electronic manufacturing. They are currently looking for an Assembly Operative to join their busy and hardworking team in St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in a similar position, be able to read and follow technical drawings, have a good eye for detail and have excellent communication skills. As an Assembly Operative you will follow technical drawings to assemble smalls components and connectors.   The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualities: Demonstrable experience within a similar position Be able to read and follow technical drawings Possess a good eye for detail and inspection Have excellent communication skills Be a strong team player Basic knowledge of Health and Safety Your duties as an Assembly Operative would be: Intricate assembly of small components and connectors Checking quality and quantity of work Following technical drawings correctly Maintaining a tidy workspace Assisting in other departments as and when required Salary: £12.55 per hour  Hours: Monday – Thursday; 8am – 5pm Friday; 8am – 1pm Location: St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex Start Date: ASAP
