Senior Civil Engineer £50,000 – £55,000 Cardiff/Bristol/Bridgend An ambitious and fast-growing civil engineering consultancy is looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of exciting residential and commercial development projects, work on varied and challenging schemes, and play a pivotal role in shaping infrastructure solutions across South Wales and Bristol. The successful candidate will deliver infrastructure and drainage designs from early planning stages through to detailed design and construction, working closely with senior engineers and external stakeholders while taking increasing ownership of projects. The Role Design of drainage and infrastructure schemes for residential and commercial developments Highways design and coordination with relevant authorities Contribution to projects from concept through to detailed delivery Liaison with clients, consultants and local authorities Supporting junior engineers where requiredRequirements Minimum 3 years’ UK experience in civil engineering Strong background in infrastructure and drainage design Highways design experience Proficient in AutoCAD (Civil 3D advantageous) Ability to manage workload independently and work collaborativelyWhat’s on Offer Salary £50,000 – £55,000 depending on experience Hybrid working (typically 2–3 days in the office) Choice of office location: Cardiff, Bristol or Bridgend Clear progression opportunities within a growing consultancy Varied project portfolio and long-term career stabilityTo apply, please send your CV to (url removed)
