Job Title: Domestic Electrician – Service & Repairs Location: Wembley, London Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Company Van + Fuel Card + Benefits Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Start Date: ASAP About the Role: We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Domestic Electrician to join our growing team based in Wembley. This is a field-based role focused on domestic electrical repairs, maintenance, and testing, primarily within occupied and void properties. You’ll be working independently and as part of a team, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard in accordance with current regulations. Key Responsibilities: * Carrying out electrical fault finding, repairs, and maintenance in domestic properties * Performing Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) and remedial works * Ensuring all work complies with 18th Edition Wiring Regulations and health & safety standards * Completing job sheets and certification using handheld devices * Liaising with tenants and office staff in a professional manner Requirements: * City & Guilds 2391 (or 2394/2395) – Essential * 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations – Essential * NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation – Preferred * Full UK Driving Licence – Essential * Proven experience in domestic electrical servicing and repairs * Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently What We Offer: * Competitive salary: £40,000–£45,000 (DOE) * Company van and fuel card * Tools and uniform provided * Ongoing training and development opportunities * 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays * Pension scheme
