Baker / Pastry Chef Northampton £14.00 -£16.00 per hour - depending on experience  Temporary - Permanent Hours vary however will be 45 hours a week and will include shifts covering 3am to 10pm ACS Staffing Solutions are excited to be working in partnership with our new client who are relocating to the Northampton area. Our client is looking for experienced Bakers or pastry chefs on behalf of a well-established and growing food manufacturing business. Our client has been operating successfully within the UK market for over 18 years, specialising in the production and distribution of high-quality, traditional European bakery and confectionery products. Due to continued expansion and relocation, they are looking to strengthen their team with skilled and reliable individuals. The Role: As a Baker or pastry chef, you will be responsible for supporting the production of a wide range of bakery products, ensuring quality standards are consistently met while working efficiently within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Producing bakery products in line with company specifications Operating bakery machinery and equipment safely and effectively Working to production schedules and meeting deadlines Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation Adhering to all health and safety and food hygiene regulations  Requirements: Previous experience working within a bakery environment Good understanding of bakery equipment and production processes Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable, punctual, and a team player Must be able to read and understand Polish and Russian  What’s on Offer: Shift-based working pattern Stable, long-term employment with a reputable employer Opportunity to secure a permanent contract following a successful probation period Clear progression and development opportunities Competitive salary, negotiable depending on experience and performance  If you have the relevant experience and are looking for your next opportunity within a growing business, we would like to hear from you
