Property & Lettings Manager Elephant & Castle, London (3 days) | High Wycombe (2 days) £30,000 base + discretionary bonus Full-time We are recruiting an experienced Property & Lettings Manager to take ownership of a growing residential property portfolio alongside the operational oversight of a London-based hotel. This is a hands-on, varied role suited to someone highly organised, proactive, and confident managing tenants, compliance, maintenance, and financial administration across multiple sites. The Role Reporting into Senior Management / Group Director, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of residential properties and hotel operations, ensuring legal compliance, high standards, and excellent tenant and stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities ✔ Managing online letting portals, listings, and viewings ✔ Conducting property inspections and preparing properties for new tenancies ✔ Drafting, issuing, and managing tenancy agreements and renewals ✔ Ensuring full compliance (Gas Safety, EICR, PAT, HMO, licensing, etc.) ✔ Managing tenant onboarding, move-ins, and move-outs ✔ Handling deposits, DPS registrations, and disputes ✔ Monitoring rent payments and chasing arrears ✔ Overseeing maintenance, repairs, and contractor management ✔ Managing safety certifications and remedial works ✔ Regular portfolio inspections and reporting ✔ Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders ✔ Maintaining accurate records and property documentation ✅ What We’re Looking For Proven experience in property management and lettings Strong knowledge of UK property legislation and compliance Full UK driving licence (essential) Excellent organisation and time-management skills Confident communicator with a proactive, solution-focused mindset Comfortable working across multiple locations and managing priorities What’s On Offer ✨ £30,000 base salary ✨ Discretionary bonus ✨ Varied role across residential and hotel properties ✨ Autonomy and exposure to a growing property portfolio To apply, send your CV to: #PropertyAndLettingsManager #PropertyManagerJobs #LettingsManager #PropertyManagement #RealEstateJobs #LondonJobs #HighWycombeJobs #FacilitiesManagement #HotelManagement #HiringNow #VantaStaffing
