Electrical Site Manager

Electrical Site Manager – Carrigaline, Cork Location: Carrigaline, Co. Cork Start Date: ASAP Duration: 18-month project Rotation: Flexible Copius Group are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to lead on-site delivery for a major electrical installation project in Carrigaline Cork. This is a key leadership role overseeing all site activity from mobilisation through to commissioning and handover. You will work closely with the wider project team, manage subcontractors, and ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities * Lead day-to-day site operations from mobilisation to demobilisation * Assist in programme planning, short-term lookaheads, and scheduling * Coordinate and oversee subcontractor activities and workforce productivity * Manage on-site health, safety, environmental and quality compliance * Review drawings and installation standards, ensuring snag-free delivery * Maintain accurate site diaries, logs, and reporting documentation * Coordinate commissioning activities and final project close-out * Liaise with project management and commercial teams throughout the lifecycle Candidate Requirements * Recognised electrical apprenticeship or trade certification * Minimum 5 years' experience in an Electrical Site Manager role * Demonstrated success managing electrical design & build projects over €5 million * Strong knowledge of health & safety practices and QA/QC standards * Experience with programme mark-ups, daily reporting, and labour coordination * Proactive, organised, and capable of leading teams in a dynamic environment * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Desirable Qualifications (not essential) * IOSH Managing Safely or Environmental Management * NEBOSH General Certificate * PICW Level A certification Additional Information * PAYE or RCT options available (PPS number required or willingness to obtain) * Competitive package with bonus potential based on performance To apply please send your cv to Sarah Carlile
