This opportunity is ideal for a skilled HGV professional who enjoys fault-finding, complex diagnostics, and working on leading heavy vehicle brands. About the Role Joining a busy and well-equipped HGV workshop, you will be responsible for: Handling diagnostic appointments and advanced fault investigation Completing mechanical repairs and rectifying faults found during inspections Carrying out routine servicing and maintenance to manufacturer standards Ensuring high levels of workmanship and compliance with safety procedures Updating job cards and maintaining accurate repair documentation Supporting service productivity and efficient workshop flow Participating in regular technical training to enhance your skill set Working to manufacturer guidelines and delivering quality-focused results This is a role that offers both variety and technical depth — no two days are the same. Shift Pattern - Alternating Weeks Week 1: Monday-Friday, 06:00-14:30 (30 min unpaid break) Week 2: Monday-Friday, 14:00-22:30 (30 min unpaid break) This alternating shift pattern includes shift payments for late shifts worked.
