Fabricator Welder

Location: Cumbernauld Hours: Monday to Thursday, 06:00 start Pay: £15–£17 per hour (depending on experience) We are currently recruiting an experienced Fabricator Welder to join a well-established engineering business based in Cumbernauld. This is a long-term opportunity with stable hours and an early finish at the end of the week. The Role * Fabrication and welding of mild steel components * Working from engineering drawings * MIG welding (other processes an advantage) * Measuring, cutting, assembling, and finishing fabricated parts * Maintaining high standards of quality and safety What We’re Looking For * Proven experience as a Fabricator Welder * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Strong attention to detail and workmanship * Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently * Relevant welding qualifications preferred but not essential What’s on Offer * Competitive hourly rate: £15–£17 per hour * Monday to Thursday only – long weekends every week * Early morning start at 06:00 * Ongoing, stable work with potential for progression * Friendly and supportive working environment 📩 Interested?
