Groundworker

Location: Oxford, OX5 Pay: £18.00 – £21.00 per hour (CIS) Job Type: Temp to Perm / Long-Term Contract Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm Start Date: Immediate We are actively recruiting experienced Groundworkers for an immediate start on a busy caravan park development project in Oxford (OX5). This is a long-term opportunity offering consistent work with the potential to go permanent. This role is ideal for reliable groundworkers with strong all-round experience in civils and site preparation who are looking for steady work and competitive pay. Groundworker Duties: * General groundworks on a caravan site development * Road construction and preparation * Concrete bases and slabs * Drainage installation (pipes, trenches, manholes) * Site preparation and finishing works * Working safely and efficiently as part of a team Requirements: * Proven experience as a Groundworker (essential) * Strong experience in drainage, concrete works, and roads * Valid CSCS card * Own tools and full PPE * Good work ethic and reliability * Ability to start immediately Desirable (not essential): * CPCS or NPORS (e.g. Dumper/Roller) * Experience on similar civils or caravan park projects What You’ll Get: * Competitive pay: £18–£22 per hour CIS (depending on experience) * Immediate start available * Long-term, stable work * Opportunity to go permanent * Weekly pay Apply now to secure your place on this project.
