Job Title: Sales Director Location: Central London Salary: £80,000 - £130,000 About the Role We’re seeking an exceptional Sales Director to lead our commercial strategy, accelerate revenue growth, and drive high‑performance across a talented sales organisation. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who thrives on building winning teams, shaping strategy, and cultivating relationships that deliver long‑term business success. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy aligned to business objectives * Lead, mentor and inspire a high-performing sales team * Identify new markets, customer segments and revenue opportunities * Build strong relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders * Forecast, report and present sales performance to the senior leadership team * Champion a culture of accountability, excellence and collaboration About You * Proven success in a senior sales leadership role * Strong strategic mindset with hands-on commercial experience * Exceptional communication, negotiation and stakeholder skills * Data-driven, proactive and motivated by results * Ability to drive and manage change in a fast-paced environment Ideal Exeprience * Ideally looking for someone with experience in the utilities sector, spanning from boradband to gas an electric with a key focus on client relationships.
