This is an excellent opportunity to work on bespoke, high-quality industrial systems and advanced test solutions used across a range of technical sectors. You'll be building precision-engineered control panels, sub-assemblies, cabinets and integrated systems to exacting standards. Electro-Mechanical Technician - The Role Wiring and assembly of electrical control panels and cabinets High-quality cable preparation, crimping, looming and routing Precision soldering and component assembly Reading and interpreting technical drawings, wiring diagrams and schematics Testing and fault-finding of completed assemblies Electro-Mechanical Technician - The Fit Experience in panel wiring, electro-mechanical assembly, or electrical build environments Confident reading technical drawings and electrical schematics Strong soldering, crimping and cable termination skills High attention to detail and pride in producing quality work Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team Electro-Mechanical Technician - The Benefits 4.5-day working week - Friday afternoons off 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Non-contributory pension scheme Private healthcare (BUPA) and dental allowance Death in service cover (3x salary)
