Are you an experienced HR professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment? We are working with a leading manufacturer who are looking for a HR BP on a permanent basis. This role provides strategic and hands on HR leadership to ensure the site meets its cost, quality, safety, delivery and people objectives.   HR BP Permanent Salary dependent on experience Monday – Thursday 08:00 – 17:00, Friday 08:00 – 13:30 Pickering – Site based   HR BP Job Description Strategic Leadership: Act as a senior business partner within the leadership team, driving decisions that impact financial outcomes, P&L and operational performance, with a focus on cost efficiency, labour utilisation, and workforce planning. Workforce Strategy and Planning: Develop and manage manpower plans aligned with customer needs and seasonal changes; optimise labour use and reduce turnover while developing future leaders. Employee Relations Management: Lead and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring legal compliance, consistency, and managing risks while proactively identifying and addressing potential issues. Talent Development and Succession Planning: Support the growth of team leaders and technicians, fostering a performance-driven culture with clear expectations, accountability, and leadership development opportunities.  HR BP Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Well versed carrying out a HR Manager/BP role or similar Experience working with senior operational leaders and influencing cross-functional decisions.
