Sen Teaching Assistant

SEN Teaching Assistant – Tower Hamlets Full-time | Long-term | Immediate Start An “outstanding” all-through SEN School in Tower Hamlets is seeking a caring and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis. Experience working in an SEN Setting is preferred, but not essential. Role Overview: * Support throughout the year groups with their learning * Provide 1:1 and small group support * Implement Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) * Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development * Work closely with teachers, SENCO, and external professionals * Work with their EHCP Requirements: * Patient, calm, and proactive approach * Passion for supporting children with SEN * Strong communication and teamwork skills * SEN/ASD experience desirable but not essential What’s Offered: * Outstanding-rated school * Supportive SEN team and leadership * Ongoing training and professional development
