Mechanical Lead Engineer

About the Role: * One of the world's largest Facilities Management companies, are seeking a Mechanical bias Lead Engineer to oversee their technical team onsite. * This is an excellent opportunity for someone to develop and further their career in varying fast paced environment Key Responsibilities: * Supervisor the team of engineers on site and acting as the point of contact for all technical service delivery * Plan and manage workload on shift - scheduling work based on priorities to ensure PPM's and reactive works within the contract's SLA's * Completing PPM's and Reactive Maintenance Requirements: * Previous Experience within a Lead Engineer / Supervisor role * Qualifications needed NVQ Level 2 Mechanical or Plumbing & Heating minimum * Strong Knowledge of the FM Sector Benefits: * Salary could reach up to £55,000 with Overtime Availability and On Call * 25 days Annual Leave plus 8 bank holiday. * Monday to Friday - 40 hour week * On Call Rota * Company pension scheme. * Continuous training and development on offer (AP) How to Apply: * Want to find out more? * Apply through this advert or get in touch with Gina Fairlie in the Facilitate Search team
