We currently have a great opportunity for hardworking experienced individuals to join this vibrant and exciting food Production Operative facility in Pontypool, NP4 0JJ. The environment is very hot to work, the work is manual and require some heavy lifting. This will be regular work following a rota schedule leading to a permanent position Available shifts and payrates: Day shift: 12 hours | £13.05 per hour rising to £14.05ph once trained Shifts available from 5am - 5pm, 4 on, 4 off rota, 9am-9pm 4 on, 4 off rota Your role: Producing high-quality bread, muffins, rolls as a part of the team on a production line Supporting the shift leaders to achieve targets Keeping your work area hygienic Potentially standing on your feet for up to 12 hours depending on which shift you doWhat are we looking for in a Production Operative: Reliable with the ability to show initiative Flexible and adaptable to work across departments Great communication skills Benefits: Full training is provided to become a Production Operator - no experience is necessary Term to perm opportunity for the right candidate!
