Installation Technician - Interior Landscaping £29,250-£32,900 DOE | Full‑Time | Permanent Bishop's Stortford, Essex (with nationwide travel) An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Installation Technician to join a well‑established, fast‑growing interior landscaping business delivering high‑quality plant installations into corporate and commercial environments across the UK. This is a hands‑on, team‑based role suited to someone practical, reliable, and professional, who enjoys working on varied projects and takes pride in delivering a high‑standard service. Installations range from single‑site projects to large‑scale rollouts, with much of the work taking place in London and nationwide travel required. You'll play a key role in bringing planting designs to life on site, working closely with colleagues and clients to ensure every installation is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification. Key Responsibilities Deliver and install interior and exterior plant displays at client sites in line with agreed project plans Work collaboratively as part of an installation team to complete projects to a high standard Communicate professionally and confidently with clients during installations Identify and resolve on‑site challenges, escalating where necessary to ensure quality outcomes Use handheld devices to accurately record progress and follow installation procedures Carry out physical installation tasks, including lifting, positioning, and assembling planters and displays Follow all health & safety procedures, risk assessments, and method statements Travel nationwide for projects, including occasional overnight stays What We're Looking For Experience in a practical, hands‑on role such as installation, construction, landscaping, fit‑out, or similar Comfortable working in a team environment and contributing positively to shared goals Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks Practical and DIY‑competent, with confidence using tools and equipment Clear, professional communication skills when dealing with clients and colleagues A logical, problem‑solving approach when working on site Experience using power tools safely (desirable) Experience working in corporate or client‑facing environments (desirable) Reliable, well‑presented, and professional at all times What's on Offer £29,250-£32,900 DOE Permanent, full‑time position Quarterly company bonus and annual performance‑related bonus (post‑probation) 25 days holiday plus UK bank holidays BUPA Cash Plan Lunch allowance Ongoing Learning & Development Opportunity to work on high‑profile commercial projects nationwide Supportive, team‑focused working environmentThis role requires daily attendance at the company's Essex HQ and regular travel to sites across the UK.
