Electrical Working Foreman – Sutton Coldfield £270 per day | 14-Week Contract | Directly Paid by Client CIS Start Date: 4th August 2025 Hill McGlynn is working in partnership with a respected M&E contractor to recruit an experienced Electrical Working Foreman for a 14-week commercial project based in Sutton Coldfield, starting on Monday 4th August 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, reliable professional with strong site leadership skills and technical experience in commercial electrical installations. The Role: As the Electrical Working Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and actively working on the electrical installation package. You’ll lead a small team, coordinate daily tasks, ensure safety compliance, and report directly to site management. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and carry out electrical installations on-site * Oversee containment, lighting, power, data, CCTV, and access control systems * Manage a team of electricians and subcontractors * Ensure all work is delivered to specification, on time, and to a high standard * Liaise with the site manager and project team to resolve technical issues * Maintain strict health and safety protocols on-site * Assist in ordering materials and tracking progress Requirements: * Proven experience as an Electrical Working Foreman in commercial settings * Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with containment, lighting, power, data, CCTV, and access control * ECS or JIB Gold Card * SSSTS (preferred) * 18th Edition certification * Ability to interpret drawings and coordinate site activity * Must be available to start on 4th August 2025 What’s on Offer: * £270 per day, paid directly by the client * 14-week fixed-term contract with potential for future work * Opportunity to take ownership of the electrical package on a busy, well-run site * Reputable contractor with a strong pipeline of commercial work Apply Today Apply today by submitting your up to date CV
