Conveyancing Paralegal Canary Wharf, London £30,000 - £36,000 per annum (depending on experience) Full-Time, Permanent, Office-Based Right Match Recruitment Group is delighted to be working with a highly regarded Law Firm based in Canary Wharf, renowned for providing exceptional legal services across multiple practice areas. With a strong focus on client satisfaction and professional excellence, our client is now seeking a career-driven Conveyancing Paralegal to join their busy and supportive team. Key Responsibilities: * Assist solicitors with residential and commercial conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion. * Prepare and draft legal documents including contracts, transfers, and mortgage deeds. * Conduct searches, review title documents, and assist with pre- and post-completion work. * Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other relevant third parties. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files on the case management system. * Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and handling client queries. * Conduct basic legal research and ensure all work complies with current regulations and firm policies. Requirements: * Minimum of 2 year's experience working within a conveyancing department (residential or commercial). * Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and related documentation. * Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively. * High attention to detail and accuracy in all areas of work. * Confident communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach. * Proficient in using legal case management systems and Microsoft Office applications. * Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to build a long-term career in conveyancing. Qualifications: * A Law degree or equivalent legal qualification is desirable. * Completion of a Paralegal qualification or the LPC is advantageous but not essential.
