Part‑Time Property Manager, Manchester City Centre, £15.00 Per Hour We’re looking for a proactive, confident, and highly organised part-time Property Manager to join a small but incredibly busy team at a well-established private property company in the city centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid property management experience, a real get‑up‑and‑go attitude, who will thrive in a close‑knit, fun, and fast‑moving environment. Salary £15 per hour. Key Responsibilities • Manage a portfolio of properties across Manchester • Handle tenant enquiries, maintenance issues, and contractor coordination • Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance is maintained • Keep records updated and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant • Work closely with a small team to keep operations running smoothly • Bring energy, initiative, and a proactive approach to day‑to‑day challenges What the Client is Looking For • Property management experience is essential • Demonstrable working knowledge of the Private Renters’ Bill • Experience using property management software for maintenance reporting and workflow management • Full clean UK Driving licence – you will be required to drive to properties within your portfolio • A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with strong organisational skills • A positive personality who enjoys being part of a tight, supportive team • Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with tenants and contractors • Someone adaptable, hands‑on, and happy to roll up their sleeves • Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks • IT‑literate and quick to pick up new systems If you’re ready to bring your property expertise to a dynamic, friendly Manchester team, please forward your CV to Lucy for consideration.
