You'll be joining a fast-paced manufacturing site where engineering plays a key role in performance. The business is continuing to invest heavily across the site, meaning there's plenty happening beyond just reactive maintenance. The Role You'll be responsible for keeping production running through a mixture of: Electrical and mechanical fault finding Planned preventative maintenance Breakdown response and problem solving Continuous improvement activity Supporting machinery upgrades and engineering projects You'll work across automated production and packaging machinery in a busy manufacturing environment where quick thinking and strong fault-finding ability are valued. What They're Looking For Electrically qualified engineer with good mechanical skills Manufacturing or FMCG background Strong fault-finding experience Proactive attitude and able to work independently Someone comfortable owning the night shift engineering function A great fit for an engineer looking for a long-term night shift role with stability, investment, and the chance to be part of a strong engineering team
