Job title: Senior Project Manager Location: Derbyshire A well-established engineering manufacturer in Derbyshire is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver complex, multi-disciplinary projects within a high-precision, fast-paced environment. This role would suit someone with a strong background in CNC, operations, and production planning who can coordinate multiple teams and ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Lead engineering and manufacturing projects from initial concept through to completion Coordinate CNC, operations, and production departments to achieve project targets Create, manage, and update detailed project plans and schedules Ensure resources, timelines, and budgets are monitored and controlled Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive continuous development About You Proven experience managing projects within a manufacturing or engineering setting Strong understanding of CNC machining and operational workflows Excellent planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills
