Project Manager – Construction | £150m Student Accommodation | West London CJS Recruitment are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a £150m student accommodation new-build project in West London. This role will give you the chance to manage all stages of a large-scale construction project in the residential sector. This is a Permanent Position with a salary of £60,00 - £85,000 (depending on how many years of project management experience the applicant holds) Responsibilities: * Oversee site operations, building services and health and safety compliance * Manage subcontractors, procurement, materials, installations and drawings * Track project progress, key milestones, budgets and labour forecasts * Represent the company on site and maintain excellent client and subcontractor relationships * Ensure smooth project handover and aftercare Requirements: * White or Black CSCS Card and SMSTS Certification (essential) * Proven experience delivering residential and new-build projects * Strong leadership and team management skills * Excellent planning, organisation and prioritisation abilities Hit apply if this role sounds like a good fit for you
