Warrant & Revenue Account Manager Stratford-Upon-Avon Hybrid Role £26,000 A leading UK-based field services company is seeking an organised and proactive Warrant & Revenue Account Manager to oversee the execution of Rights of Entry warrants and revenue recovery activities. This hybrid role requires working 2-3 days per week from the Head Office and the remainder remotely, ensuring flexibility while maintaining strong operational oversight. Key Responsibilities * Manage the daily scheduling and completion of warrant-related visits, including debt collection, inspections, and meter exchanges. * Provide real-time guidance and support to Field Representatives during warrant executions. * Liaise with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of planned visits. * Monitor and track warrant performance, identifying potential risks and taking proactive measures. * Ensure visits comply with regulatory and client requirements, addressing vulnerabilities and safety concerns. * Maintain accurate records, updating internal systems with real-time visit outcomes. * Prepare and distribute reports detailing warrant execution results for internal and client use. * Assist with performance tracking and continuous improvement of warrant processes. * Conduct outbound calls to clients and field teams, providing updates and resolving escalations. * Adhere to all company policies, industry guidelines, and legal requirements. Requirements * Strong IT skills with accurate data entry and system management capabilities. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage a variety of stakeholders. * Previous experience in customer service, debt collection, or conflict resolution (desirable but not essential). * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively. * Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of making informed decisions under pressure. * Experience in the utilities sector or warrant-related operations is an advantage. * Confident in handling telephone communications, including challenging conversations. * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
