Construction Manager Southern area

Construction Manager Enpure Ltd is recruiting a construction management professional. The scope of the role is to provide leadership and oversight of all constructions activities of Southern England projects within Enpure Ltd. The Construction Manager will provide input at bid, design and procurement stages. Work with Project Delivery Leaders to identify needs, agree priorities, allocate and recruit resources. Provide oversight and governance of construction management processes and systems to include developing and enhancing a working practices, process, systems and tools with a clear focus on production management and “digitising” inspect , test and completion phases. Candidates will need to be adaptable with the ability to move between a strategic business view and a “hands on” problem solving approach as and when required. You will have had extensive experience and can demonstrate success in the planning and execution of large MEICA lead construction projects, have an understanding on how to drive safe production and site progress , a total commitment to “right first time” quality and how to align the construction works with the programme of commissioning of plant and equipment. Desirable - experience in the water and waste water sector.
