You will assist with research, site assessments, planning applications, and policy monitoring, gaining the essential skills and experience needed to progress confidently through your early career. Key Responsibilities: Assisting with the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals Undertaking site appraisals, planning research, and policy analysis Preparing planning statements, supporting documents, and reports Monitoring local plans, consultations, and changes to planning policy Liaising with clients, local authorities, and consultants as required Supporting senior planners with project delivery and client work About You We're looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and well-organised Graduate Town Planner eager to learn and develop.
