Fabric Technician – £32,000 + Overtime (NO ON-CALL) Full-Time | Monday–Friday (40 hrs, flexible start: 6am/7am/8am) Areas Covered: Banbury, Buckingham, Leighton Buzzard, Hampstead Company Vehicle + Fuel Card + Tools + PDA + Uniform Provided About the Role We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Fabric Technician to join our expanding maintenance team. You’ll be carrying out planned and reactive building fabric maintenance across a small portfolio of commercial sites. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills, with excellent training and progression routes available. What You’ll Be Doing * General fabric maintenance across retail/commercial properties * Basic carpentry, painting, patch repairs, tiling, and similar tasks * Supporting reactive repairs and planned works * Ensuring high standards of health & safety * Delivering a great customer experience on-site What We’re Looking For * Experience in building fabric maintenance * Plumbing experience is ideal but not essential * A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills * Full UK driving licence (company van provided) * Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule What You’ll Get * £32,000 base salary + overtime available * No on-call required * Flexible start times (6/7/8am depending on store opening hours) * Company vehicle, fuel card, tools, PDA, and uniform * Fully funded training and clear progression path to multi-skilled engineer * Support with gaining further academic and technical qualifications
