Electrician

Branta Recruitment is recruiting a skilled Electrician with strong experience in both maintenance and installation to join a high-quality Facilities Management provider. This is an exciting opportunity for a well-rounded electrical engineer who enjoys varied work across commercial and educational properties. The Role You will carry out a mix of electrical maintenance and installation tasks across multiple client sites, covering PPMs, reactive repairs, fault-finding, testing/inspection, remedials, upgrades, and small installation projects. The role includes regional travel from Leeds up to Glasgow, offering autonomy, variety, and ongoing development. Key Responsibilities * Deliver planned and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial and education buildings * Complete fault-finding, testing, inspection, and repairs * Carry out installation work including small works, upgrades, and remedials * Ensure compliance with statutory legislation and H&S requirements * Work collaboratively with FM teams, site managers, and building users * Optional call-out rota and overtime to boost earnings What We’re Looking For * Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 / AM2 / 18th Edition) * Proven experience in both electrical maintenance and installation * Commercial FM or building services background * Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and testing skills * Comfortable travelling regionally (North East to Glasgow/Leeds) * Professional, reliable, and client-focused * Full UK driving licence Package * Salary up to £44,000 * Private-use company vehicle * Optional call-out rota with enhanced pay * Overtime available * Company benefits package * Training, development & progression opportunities Apply online now or contact Astrid Camacho at Branta Recruitment for more information
