The Role This is a key position within our UK operations, responsible for managing and expanding our national network of collector partners who purchase vehicles through our platform. You’ll oversee around 80 existing collector accounts across the UK, ensuring each one performs at its full potential, while also identifying and onboarding new collectors to expand our reach and improve conversion rates and profitability. The role combines relationship management, sales, commercial negotiation, and growth strategy. You’ll spend much of your time speaking with collectors, analysing performance data, and negotiating pricing, with regular visits to yards around the country to strengthen relationships and ensure competitiveness. Over time, you’ll also have the chance to support our growing US operations and help develop relationships with new international collectors. This position is ideal for someone commercially minded, ambitious, and excited by the idea of being part of a fast-scaling automotive business where performance is recognised and rewarded.
