Lead Mechanical Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Lead Design Engineer to play a pivotal role in driving innovation and excellence within a specialist engineering environment. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop the design engineering team to achieve excellence in project delivery. Design, develop, and test mechanical systems and components using 3D CAD software (SolidEdge). Produce detailed engineering drawings and technical documentation for both new and existing products. Conduct performance evaluations and apply GD&T principles to ensure precision manufacturing.
