We are seeking a motivated Internal Sales Executive to join the busy product distribution business. Working closely with the Sales Director, you’ll play a key role in driving sales growth, developing customer relationships, and supporting business development initiatives. What’s on Offer: * Competitive salary (£28,000 - £33,000 DOE) * 21 days’ holiday plus bank holidays * Company pension scheme * On-site parking * Ongoing training, career development and clear progression opportunities Duties and Responsibilities: * Manage and grow customer accounts, building lasting relationships. * Initiate contact with potential customers and re-engage dormant leads. * Respond to inbound enquiries via phone, email and Microsoft Teams. * Communicate customer requirements effectively within the business. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the company CRM system. * Plan and book site visits and ensure follow-ups are completed. * Stay informed about company products, services and competitor activity. * Support day-to-day office and sales operations as required. Minimum Skills and Experience: * A self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with strong organisational skills. * Excellent communicator, both written and verbal. * Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems. * Strong numeracy skills, with the ability to calculate prices, discounts and percentages accurately. * Able to work independently and as part of a team. * Willingness to learn about our products and grow with the business. * Flexible and adaptable approach to work. * Full UK driving licence * A background working in a product-based environment or with pipework systems is helpful, but not essential – full training will be provided
