Your Role at a Glance: As an EYFS Teacher, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the early educational journey of children aged 3–5. Your mission: to deliver inspiring, play-based learning experiences that support holistic development and lay the foundation for lifelong achievement. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging, imaginative lessons aligned with the EYFS framework Foster a safe, supportive, and interactive classroom where independent learning thrives Monitor and assess pupil progress, using data-driven insights to tailor your approach Collaborate closely with colleagues, families, and support staff to create a strong learning community Cultivate a positive, nurturing space where children develop confidence, curiosity, and resilience What We’re Looking For: We’re on the hunt for a passionate and dedicated educator who brings energy, expertise, and empathy to the classroom. You’ll need: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Proven classroom experience in an EYFS or early primary setting A deep understanding of child development, early years pedagogy, and the EYFS curriculum Exceptional communication, organisation, and classroom management skills A genuine passion for teaching and the ability to inspire, motivate, and engage young learners What’s in It for You?
