Project Manager - Industrial & Logistics Location: Midlands base with UK-wide travel An opportunity to join a leading UK industrial and logistics real estate platform at a pivotal stage of growth, delivering refurbishment and refresh projects across a national portfolio. Following continued expansion, we are seeking a Project Manager to take responsibility for the delivery of refresh works and support larger refurbishment schemes across a diverse industrial and logistics estate. The Role: Reporting to the Projects Director, you will play a key role in delivering refurbishment and refresh projects across a multi-site portfolio. This position sits within a newly evolving project function, providing real opportunity to shape delivery processes and ensure consistency, quality and compliance across works. You will take full ownership of the refresh workstream (typically fast-paced, smaller-scale works), while supporting Senior Project Managers on larger refurbishment projects. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role requiring strong organisation, stakeholder coordination and a practical approach to project management. Key Responsibilities: Take full end-to-end ownership of refresh projects, ensuring delivery to programme, cost and quality standards Define scopes of work including strip-out, repairs, redecoration and minor M&E Support delivery of larger refurbishment projects alongside Senior Project Managers Procure, appoint and manage contractors and professional teams Manage project budgets, programmes, risks and reporting Act as Client representative under CDM 2015, ensuring compliance and safe delivery Oversee snagging, defect resolution and quality control Deliver structured handovers to Facilities Management, ensuring assets are fully operational and compliant Work closely with Facilities Management to manage scope thresholds and ensure smooth transitions About You: Experience delivering property, construction or refurbishment projects in a client-side or consultancy environment Ability to manage multiple projects across different locations Strong understanding of CDM Regulations 2015 and H&S compliance Confident managing contractors and external stakeholders Highly organised, practical and delivery-focused Strong communication and reporting skills Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally Desirable: Experience within industrial, logistics or multi-site property portfolios Professional qualifications (or working towards) What's On Offer: Competitive salary with discretionary bonus Pension, private healthcare and life insurance Client-side role within a high-quality industrial and logistics portfolio Opportunity to join a growing team and play a key role in shaping delivery standards Ready To Take The Next Step?
