Quantity Surveyor | Fast Track Fit-Out | Central London | Up to £75,000 Are you a commercially driven QS with fast track fit-out experience looking to join a business that's genuinely going places? We're working exclusively with a well-established, medium-sized fit-out contractor based in Central London. With a full order book and an ambitious growth plan, they're looking to bring on board a talented Quantity Surveyor to support their expanding project portfolio. THE ROLE You'll take commercial responsibility across a range of fast track fit-out schemes, working closely with project teams to ensure costs are managed, programmes are protected, and clients are kept well-informed. Day-to-day you can expect to be involved in: - Managing valuations, variations, and procurement on live fit-out projects - Preparing and agreeing subcontractor accounts through to final account - Producing monthly CVRs and cost reports for internal review - Liaising with clients, consultants, and site teams throughout the project lifecycle WHAT THEY'RE LOOKING FOR - Demonstrable fast track fit-out experience — this is essential, not a nice to have - Background from a small to medium-sized contractor — someone hands-on, commercially sharp, and used to taking real ownership - Strong working knowledge of JCT and/or bespoke contract forms - Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying (RICS accredited preferred) or equivalent practical experience WHAT'S ON OFFER - Salary up to £75,000 depending on experience - Performance-related bonus - Company pension - Genuine career progression within a growing business - Varied, fast-paced project work across Central London If you have the relevant fit-out background and are looking for your next step, we'd love to hear from you.
