Site Manager Role-Full Time Position Office Fit-Out Projects | June Start £45,000 - £50,000 + Package Are you a driven Site Manager looking to take the next step towards Project Management? We're working with a growing and highly regarded fit-out contractor who is looking to develop their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Site Manager who wants more responsibility, exposure to full project lifecycles, and a clear progression plan into a Project Manager role. The Role You'll be working across fast-paced commercial office fit-out projects, managing site operations and supporting the wider project team to deliver high-quality finishes on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include: Day-to-day site management and coordination of subcontractors Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained at all times Monitoring programme progress and reporting to senior team members Quality control and ensuring works are delivered to specification Supporting Project Managers with project delivery and client liaison About You Proven experience as a Site Manager within office / commercial fit-out environments Ambitious and motivated to progress into a Project Manager role Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple trades and keep projects on track Requirements SMSTS or SSSTS (essential) First Aid qualification (essential) CSCS Card (preferred but not essential) What's on Offer Salary between £45,000 - £50,000 Attractive benefits package Clear progression pathway into Project Management Opportunity to work on high-quality, fast-paced fit-out projects Start Date June 2026
