Quantity Surveyor – Structural Repairs £45,000 – £70,000 (DOE) We’re working with a growing construction and civil engineering contractor who are looking to bring a Quantity Surveyor into their Runcorn office. This is a good opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of work across concrete repairs, structural repair and civils, where you’ll play a key role in the commercial delivery of projects while helping support the growth of the team locally. What you’ll be doing: Managing projects commercially from handover through to final account Carrying out valuations, variations and cost reporting Procuring and managing subcontractors and supply chain relationships Supporting with contract administration and commercial negotiations Working closely with site teams to monitor progress and control costs Identifying risks and opportunities across projects What they’re looking for: Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction or civil engineering Ideally exposure to concrete repairs, structural repair or related works Strong commercial awareness and understanding of contracts Able to manage workloads across multiple projects What’s on offer: £45k – £70k salary depending on experience Opportunity to join a growing office and have input into how things are done Consistent pipeline of work in a specialist sectorFor more information, please apply below and we will be in touch INDP
