Water Engineer (Team Leader) £40,000 - £45,000 (OTE £56k) + Days Based + Mon-Fri + Overtime + Enhanced Pay + Door to Door + Van + Fuel Card + Specialist Training + Progression Glastonbury, Somerset Are you a Team Leader or Manager from a Water Engineering background who is looking for a senior role with a leading water specialist who will provide ongoing training to make you an expert in a field-based role with one day in the office per week? This company specialise in Water Treatment Systems, cable percussion drilling, rotary drilling, water boreholes and geothermal boreholes. With over 50 years of industry experience, they are trusted for their technical expertise, reliability, and commitment to sustainable solutions. In this role, you will be organising job setups, coordinating engineer schedules, and managing daily workloads effectively. Overseeing projects end-to-end, maintaining open communication channels across the business. Moreover, the Service Manager oversees quality control measures, engages with clients to ensure their satisfaction, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to elevate service standards in water engineering. This role would suit an Engineer from a water background or similar, looking to step up into management in a field-based role with occasional days in the office.
