Accounts Office Administrator ๐Ÿ“ Swadlincote ๐Ÿ•’ 20โ€“30 hours per week ๐Ÿ’ท ยฃ13.00 per hour ๐Ÿ“„ Temporary to Permanent We are currently recruiting for an experienced and professional Accounts Office Administrator to join our clientโ€™s team based in Swadlincote. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual with strong administrative and accounts experience to secure a long-term position within a busy and supportive working environment. Key Responsibilities: ๐Ÿ”น Matching supplier invoices with delivery notes ๐Ÿ”น Processing invoices and payments using Sage ๐Ÿ”น Handling cash and card transactions accurately ๐Ÿ”น Liaising with branches and suppliers professionally ๐Ÿ”น Managing customer accounts and monitoring overdue payments ๐Ÿ”น Carrying out general office administration and filing duties Candidate Requirements: ๐Ÿ”น Previous accounts and administration experience ๐Ÿ”น Sage 50 experience preferred ๐Ÿ”น Excellent attention to detail and accuracy ๐Ÿ”น Strong communication and organisational skills ๐Ÿ”น Ability to work independently and as part of a team ๐Ÿ”น Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK If you are looking for a new opportunity within a professional office environment, we would like to hear from you.
