You will play a key role in supporting senior stakeholders, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of administrative processes and contributing to the overall efficiency of the business. The Role The successful candidate will provide senior administrative and executive support across a range of business areas, working closely with internal teams and senior leadership. Key responsibilities include: • Formatting and proofreading documents and correspondence • Managing diaries and coordinating meetings • Preparing documentation and maintaining accurate files and records • Handling client correspondence and communications with third parties • Audio typing using digital dictation • Supporting onboarding and maintenance of client accounts • Assisting with business development activity, including proposals and client communications • Supporting marketing initiatives and client engagement activity • Providing executive support to senior leadership, including travel arrangements and scheduling • Supporting office operations, including reception cover and facilities coordination Essential Skills & Experience • Previous experience in a senior administrative or secretarial role • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems • Audio typing experience with good speed and accuracy • Excellent organisational and time management skills • Strong communication skills and a professional approach The ideal candidate will also • Be proactive, organised, and able to work on their own initiative • Thrive in a fast-paced environment • Take pride in delivering high-quality, accurate work • Be a team player who supports colleagues across the business • Have a positive and flexible approach to work What’s on Offer • Salary of £30,000 per annum • Pension and life assurance • Enhanced annual leave of 37 days • Supportive and collaborative working environment Interested?
